Once you've sorted through the costs of the dog walks and the payment, then your last job is to give your dog walker everything needed for a successful first walk. After that, you can finally relax and enjoy the extra hours in the week which you've earned for yourself.
Here are some items to provide to your dog walker: • Walker entry: method of safely entering your home (ie. key lockbox or electronic door code) • Contact information: your phone number and/or email address • Health information: veterinary details about your dog, which may be worth disclosing • Supplies: the whereabouts of your dog's leash, collar, potty bags, treats, and other relevant items for the walk

Dog daycare means, leaving your dog in our care for the day; generally for work, business during the day, etc. After you are done handling your business, you would then check your dog out the same day. Now, boarding your dog means you are leaving your dog in our care for one or more nights. We do require a reservation for dog daycare and boarding but we will accommodate for any emergencies that may come up, just give us a call!

It’s not uncommon for a pet to lose some weight while staying. Most of the weight loss is due to the excitement of being with other people and dogs, and the exercise they receive while playing in our large or indoor play areas. Dogs in our care get constant activity which doesn’t always happen at home. In short, dogs will typically burn significantly more calories during their boarding visit than they normally do.
We do agility games board games mental games and a lot of other things to keep them happy mentally and physically.

Your pet can be exposed to diseases regardless of where they are, whether at home, at a dog park, taking a walk in your neighbourhood, or staying at our boarding. However, the risk of contracting a disease is quite low and virtually eliminated when proper vaccinations are administered (as we require). In addition, we maintain very high sanitation standards and we do everything we can to prevent transmittable diseases from occurring in our home.

You are welcome to bring your dog’s personal belongings, with a few exceptions. For your dog’s safety, we do not allow stuffed beds of any kind. Even dogs who do not chew on their beds at home may become stressed and chew on them while staying in a new environment. Ingesting stuffing from a bed can be extremely harmful to your pet.
We do provide our own beds for them which are washed , sprayed with tick solution safe for your fur babies for them to sleep and rest on.

A pet taxi is a service that can bring your pet to and from places, whether you can accompany them or not. It’s like getting a sitter and chauffeur for your pet in one, or finding a cab that will allow you to bring your pet along. This is useful for times when you’re too busy to drop off your pet to their appointment, or your car broke down, and you can’t take your pet on public transportation

To avoid car sickness , Pet Parents should not feed their pets before their journey or couple of hours before a car trip as they might feel nauseous and vomit due to the motion.
Once in the car allow fresh air and enable the dog to see though the window which help alleviate motion sickness in some dogs.
Puppies who are not acclimatised to the car may be prone.
So please make sure to notify us or the driver that your pet has motion sickness so we can take precautions and vail comfort during their travel.
